Nick Pagent

Chief Executive Officer

Nick co-founded Autosports Group and has led the company since its inception.

Nick has nearly 30 years' experience in the motor vehicle industry across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Prior to co-founding Autosports Group, Nick held senior roles in the United Kingdom, including Director of Sales and Dealer Principal with Mercedes-Benz London and Executive Audi, St Albans.

Aaron Murray

Chief Financial Officer

Aaron joined Autosports Group in 2007 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

Aaron is responsible for overseeing Autosports Group’s financial strategy, operations and performance.

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Aaron brings deep sector expertise and financial leadership to Autosports Group. 

Prior to joining Autosports Group, Aaron held senior financial roles at Trivett Classic, McMillan Volkswagen, Bentley and Audi Centre Parramatta.

Kerrie Dewey

General Manager, People & Culture

Kerrie joined Autosports Group in 2021.

Kerrie is responsible for leading Autosports Group’s People and Culture function, supporting the business to attract, develop and retain great talent while building a high-performance and values-led culture.

Kerrie brings more than 25 years of HR experience, including close to 16 years at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (formerly Coca-Cola Amatil) and at major international sporting events, including the Sydney 2000 Olympics, the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games and the Rugby World Cup 2003.

Caroline Gatenby

General Counsel and Company Secretary

Caroline was appointed as General Counsel in May 2024 and as Company Secretary in June 2024.  

Caroline is responsible for Autosports Group’s legal, risk and governance functions.

Caroline brings more than 17 years’ legal, governance and compliance experience as a lawyer working across diverse industries from retail, professional services, FMCG and healthcare.

Most recently Caroline was Global Compliance Officer, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at Cochlear Limited.

Brent Polites

Head of Franchised Automotive

Brent joined Autosports Group in 2014 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across the Group, ensuring business strategies are executed efficiently and effectively.

Brent has more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry, including more than 15 years leading some of Australia’s largest dealerships.

Brent’s experience extends across retail, importation and OEM wholesale.  Brent has won multiple Dealer of the Year awards across different brands and states in Australia.

Melinda Spencer

General Manager Marketing and Innovation

Melinda joined Autosports Group in 2017 and is responsible for Autosports Group’s Retail Marketing, CRM and Marketing Technology and Transformation Initiatives.

Melinda has more than 30 years’ experience in leading marketing teams to drive business success through effective communications and innovative digital strategies.

Prior to joining Autosports Group, Melinda worked in senior roles in businesses such as H&R Block, Luxottica, Big W, Oroton Group, Pacific Brands and Seiko.
